This Minié style conical weighs in at 360 grains of pure lead and is slightly under bore diameter for most .50 caliber rifles for fast and easy loading. the Minié style flared / heeled base expands upon seating and firing to perfectly fit the bore of your rifle and give excellent accuracy, even in guns twisted for round balls. the absolute best bullet for hunting with your traditional muzzleloader. Hand poured by us, on the Pony Express Trail in Wyoming. They are unlubed so you can use your favorite black powder lube. Lubricant is required, but no patch to worry about.
